How we handle your data — plain English.

We know you're trusting us with your customer conversations. Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most often, in plain English. The full legal privacy policy is below.

What data does the AI system handle?

The AI handles inbound messages and calls from your customers — questions about your services, booking requests, and general enquiries. It does not have access to your financial data, employee records, or any system outside of what we explicitly integrate with (your calendar, CRM, or booking software).

Who owns the conversations?

You do. All conversation data belongs to your business. We use it only to operate and improve your specific AI system. We do not share it with other clients, use it to train general AI models, or sell it to third parties.

Are customer conversations recorded or stored?

Conversation logs are stored for 90 days for monitoring and retraining purposes, then deleted. You can request deletion of conversation logs at any time by emailing us.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

On cancellation, we export your knowledge base and conversation history to you and delete our copies within 30 days. Nothing is retained without your written consent.

Is my customer data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard infrastructure (AWS). We do not store payment card information. We do not use your customer data for any purpose other than operating your AI system.

Does the AI tell customers their conversation is being handled by AI?

If a customer directly asks whether they are speaking to an AI, the system answers honestly. We do not build deceptive systems.

Is this GDPR compliant?

We serve US and Canada clients. For any clients with GDPR obligations, we operate as a data processor and can provide a Data Processing Agreement on request.
